Being a teen is hard.  There is school pressure, peer pressure and stress from your parents.  Sometimes your health might take a backseat to all your responsibilities and commitments,  even though you know it should come first.

A changing body can be perplexing.  One day you are a carefree kid and the next day there is new hair growing in places it wasn’t before, and all of a sudden you smell weird smells and feel a myriad of strange, confusing emotions.  Moving through adolescence into adulthood is difficult enough, without having to worry about your health.

It’s OK.  You don’t need to know what to do.  You don’t need to know how to ‘fix’ things. (FYI – there is no ‘fixing’ because you are NOT BROKEN).  But I can definitely help you on the right path to a healthier and happier you.

I have 5 years experience working in an International Baccalaureate College.  I worked with kids as young as 6 and as old as 19.  Most of my clients were between the ages of 16-18, so I know exactly what you are going through.
