Are you  regularly exercising but not seeing the results you want? Or are you stuck on the couch and don’t know how to get started? Or maybe you are already rocking your exercise routine but want to kick it up a notch and take it to the next level.

Whatever your fitness needs, you could do with a coach.  Hey, Serena Williams and Usain Bolt both have coaches!  Those two athletes are pretty awesome already, but you know what, they are BETTER with coaching.  So is pretty much everybody – including me.

Having a person to help you set goals, and ACTION them, helps you get to those goals quicker. Whether that means to run your first 5K or put on an extra pound of muscle mass, I can help to get you there FASTER.


I work one-on-one  (or one-on-two if you want to train with a friend or partner) with you at times convenient to you, in locations convenient to YOU.  You choose how many times you need me and I will give you the tools and knowledge to rock your fitness like never before.  I love my clients, but my greatest achievement is setting them free and seeing them own their own fitness and turn up again and again, doing the work – all by themselves.

Your first consultation with me is ALWAYS FREE.  I spend an hour with you to talk about your path to FABULOUS FITNESS and then, together, we work out a plan of attack that will see you rocking in no time.
