KITCHEN GADGETS - BLENDERS & FOOD PROCESSORS
A high powered blender is essential   I have 2 Blentecs  and love them. I have not used the Vitamix, but I hear others rave about it.  The Cuisineart Food Processor is a good, inexpensive tool for your kitchen and allows you to chop roughly - something that is difficult to do with a blender.
 



KITCHEN GADGETS - INSTANT POTS
When I got my first Instant Pot, it changed the way I cooked.  I now wonder how I ever lived without one.  Now I'm building a collection.  Watch out!  They are addictive. You can even get one with an air fryer attachment lid so you save on an extra appliance. 



 
KITCHEN GADGETS - UTENSILS
The right tools can make your preparation so easy.
Spending money of good quality knives is a great investment. Little, inexpensive gadgets can make prep so much easier.  I use the julienne every single day and I don't know how I ever coped without my Strawberry huller. 


   

KITCHEN GADGETS - AIR FRYERS
These snappy little cookers have taken over the oven in my home.  They cook faster, crispier and yummier in my opinion.  If you can afford it, get the Breville.  It also works as a dehydrator.

If you juice, there is no other juicer than a cold pressed masticating juicer.  You keep all the nutrients in your juice and not in the juicer.
