Tofu Breakfast Scramble
April is National Soy Foods Month, so what better way to celebrate than with a Tofu Scramble for Breakfast?
Tofu is packed with protein, fiber, and phytonutrients called isoflavones that help support prostate health and relieve the symptoms of menopause.

Soy is such a versatile bean.  I'm amazed by all the ways you can enjoy soy foods.

Edamame - fresh, in salads, in a stir fry, as a snack
Tofu - scrambled, grilled, marinated, in smoothies, as a base for deserts and dressings
Tempeh - grilled, baked, roasted, in sandwiches
Soy Curls - in soups and stews - makes a tremendous minced beef replacement
Soy Yogurt - make your own (Check out my YouTube channel for the video https://www.youtube.com/@FabulousHealthtlc/shorts)
Soy Milk - get the one without the additives.  I like Trader Joe's.

I help people like you regain their health and lose weight on a plant-based diet.

Hey there! I'm Terri

Thanks for checking out my website.
I hope you find this an indispensable resource as you navigate your wellness journey.

First, a little about me.
I have a Master of Human Nutrition from Deakin University (2018) and a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science from the University of the Sunshine Coast (2013).

I am from Melbourne, Australia but currently based in Dallas, Texas.
I am a mum of two grown up children and I’m married to the most wonderful man on the planet. I’m Fit, Fifty…ish and FABULOUS!!!

I have the cutest puppy on the planet!
(Yes I do, check her out on Instagram @elvis_puppy_adventures)

I am dedicated to helping as many people as I can lead healthy, vital and happy lives.
I advocate and teach a plant-based whole-foods diet, free from Animal products, Salt, Oil, Flour, Alcohol and Sugar (ASOFAS).
I am a firm believer that food can be the best medicine (or poison – depending upon what you eat) and that you can transform your health with a change in diet and exercise.

I consider myself a bit of a health nut.
So, I’m always looking at ways to improve the health of my family.
Not just with their fitness and nutrition.

I firmly believe that our environment plays an enormous part in our health, and that eradicating chemical toxins from our homes...
such as those found in cosmetics, personal care and cleaning products...
can reduce cell oxidation and neurological disturbances and keep us healthy well into our old age.

When I found out that everyday household items such as cleaning products and personal care products contain chemicals, some of them toxic to humans, I was shocked!
Since ditching the toxin laden chemical products from the supermarket and switching to natural, safe alternatives, my life has changed for the better.

I'm here to help you regain your health and protect you and your family from the debilitating effects of lifestyle disease. I'm so excited to join you on your journey.
